My Story
The Achievement Path
I was the high achiever with two degrees, working at top-tier firms. Ticking boxes. I excelled academically and professionally. However, beneath the surface of success, I felt a growing disconnect between my achievements and my inner fulfillment. The relentless pursuit of external validation left me feeling uninspired and questioning my true purpose.
The Big Reset
After facing a toxic work environment and an unhappy relationship, I made the hard choice to walk away from both and start over. This decision marked a pivotal moment in my life. I chose to prioritize my well-being over societal expectations and external pressures. Leaving behind a seemingly stable life required immense courage, but it was a necessary step towards creating a more authentic and fulfilling existence. It was a time of uncertainty, but also immense possibility.
Following My Dreams
I followed my dream of doing an MBA in the UK, then chose the Tech industry in Amsterdam over the expected consulting path. Despite the prestige and potential financial rewards of a consulting career, I felt drawn to the dynamic and innovative world of technology. Amsterdam, with its vibrant tech scene and entrepreneurial spirit, was calling. It was a leap of faith, but one that resonated deeply with my inner compass.
Finding My Direction
I discovered coaching is where I feel most alive—helping others navigate what I've lived through myself. Through coaching, I found a way to leverage my experiences, both positive and challenging, to guide others on their own journeys of self-discovery and career fulfillment. Witnessing their transformations and empowering them to overcome obstacles brings me a sense of purpose and joy that surpasses any previous achievement. It's a career that aligns perfectly with my values and allows me to make a positive difference in the world.
